Before you begin
- Sign in and open a schedule saved to your account. Only the owner can publish it.
- On Free, you can publish your primary schedule. Publishing other schedules requires Pro.
Publish and share
Private tasks, task notes, and the owner’s Notes scratchpad are excluded from public links and embeds. Event descriptions are visible to public viewers.
Automatic calendar sync can expose future events and updates through the same link and embeds. Available descriptions are always included, with no option to turn them off. Review the connected calendar before publishing; disconnecting sync stops future reads but does not unpublish retained events.
Understand synced content and public access
Open the intended schedule in the builder and select Share. On mobile, look under Schedule tools.
Open Share → Public link for the schedule you want to publish. Select Publish schedule, review the public-access warning, and confirm with Publish.
Choose the Language for the public page. This changes its interface, not the schedule content you wrote.
Copy the public link and send it to your visitors.
Visitors can now open the read-only schedule. Saved changes appear through the same link while it remains published.
Stop sharing
Return to Share for the published schedule and select Unpublish schedule.
Confirm with Unpublish and revoke.
Unpublishing immediately revokes the current public link. Website embeds and WordPress shortcodes using that link’s public token can no longer load the schedule. Your schedule and events are not deleted, and private collaboration invitations are separate.
Share again
Open Share and publish the schedule again.
Copy and distribute the new public link. Replace any website embed code and WordPress shortcode with freshly copied versions too.
Publishing again creates a new public token for the link and embed code. The old link stays revoked.
