Public-page visitor actions

Anyone with an active public link can view the schedule without an account; the link is not password protected. Visitors cannot change the owner’s original schedule. On narrow screens, look in More actions for output and sharing controls.

Public pages, embeds, and their exported files exclude private tasks, task notes, and the owner’s Notes scratchpad. Event descriptions remain visible in event details. A synced schedule can show future calendar events and updates through the same public link; available descriptions are always included.

What the controls on a public shared page do
ActionResult
Open an eventRead its details without editing the event.
Navigate days on mobileMove between visible days when the schedule is shown one day at a time.
Export or printSave or print the public schedule. This does not grant access to edit the original.
Social shareShare the public link with other people.
Make your ownOpen the builder to work on your own schedule, not the owner’s original.
EditCreate an editable copy for yourself. The effect on your existing schedules depends on your plan, as explained below.
More actions contains output, sharing, and copying controls. These visitor actions do not edit the owner’s original schedule.

Pro visitorThe editable copy is added to your existing schedule collection.
Free or guest visitorThe copy replaces your current schedule in the builder.
Signed-in ownerYour original schedule opens in the builder; no visitor copy is made.

Owner branding and hidden actions

A Pro owner can open Share → Customize branding for a published schedule to set a logo, label, destination link, and accent color. If branding is already configured, the button is Edit branding. The owner can also hide visitors’ Edit and Make your own actions.

With Frame enabled in the output dialog, PNG/PDF exports and print from the public page include the Pro owner’s configured logo and label, plus any destination link and accent color. They use the owner’s branding, not the visitor’s. Output without a frame and embeds do not include this custom branding.

The owner’s Edit action remains available on their own public page. Hiding visitor actions changes the controls, not who can view the schedule: anyone with the active public link still has read-only access.

Website and WordPress embeds

Embeds display the schedule and read-only event details, not the public page’s export, print, social-share, Edit, or Make your own controls. The owner’s custom branding does not apply; a ScheduleBuilder watermark and link appear beneath the schedule.
