I do not recognize a signed-in device

  1. Open your account avatar, select Account settings, then Security.

  2. Review Active sessions. Your current session is marked This device; other entries show a browser or device description and last-active time.

Sign out removes one other session. Sign out others removes every session except This device.
  3. Select Sign out beside an unfamiliar or unused session. To remove every session except this one, select Sign out others.

If you suspect someone has your password, change it using the branch below. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, secure that provider account too. Removing a session does not change a password.

I want to change my password

  1. Go to your account avatar > Account settings > Security.

  2. Under Change password, enter Current password and a New password of at least 8 characters. Use a long, unique password or passphrase.

  3. Select Update password. Other sessions are signed out; this session stays signed in.

These controls are available only when your account uses a ScheduleBuilder password. For a Google-only or Microsoft-only account, change the password with that provider instead.

I was signed out unexpectedly

Select Sign in and use your usual account method. If the sign-out was not expected, review Security once you regain access.

Sessions expire after 30 days. Removing a session signs it out; a password change signs out other sessions, and a password reset signs out all sessions. Use the account menu’s Sign out to end the current session; its This device entry cannot be removed from the session list.

I cannot sign in to secure my account

For email-and-password sign-in, use Forgot password?. Completing the reset removes every existing session. For Google or Microsoft sign-in, recover access through that provider. If you still cannot get in, use the public Contact page at /contact to ask for help.
