Get help while signed in

  1. Open your account avatar and select Contact support. Write in any language; it does not have to match the app language.

  2. Select New request, add a Subject and Message, then select Submit request.

Describe the issue in the support form. Replies stay with the same request.
  3. Return to Contact support and open the request to read the reply. Add follow-up details under Reply and select Send reply so the conversation stays together.

Your subject and messages stay in their original language. Support replies are automatically translated into the language detected from your request. English messages do not need translation.

If a translation is still being prepared or is unavailable, the original text remains readable and you can still send messages. Reopen the request later to check for a translation. Automatic translations can make mistakes; ask support to clarify if something is unclear.

Read replies in the support thread, not just its email notifications. Requests awaiting your reply close after 7 days; select Reopen to continue.

Get help without signing in

  1. Open the public Contact page at /contact.

  2. Enter Name, Email, and Message. Use an email address you can access.

  3. Complete the security check, select Send message, and wait for the success confirmation.

Where to find the reply: If the email matches an existing ScheduleBuilder account, the form creates an in-app support request for that account. Sign in and open Contact support to read and reply, with the same automatic translation. If the email does not match an account, the team receives your message by email and replies to the address you provided without automatic translation; check its inbox and spam folder.

Include enough detail to investigate

  • Describe what you expected, what happened instead, and the steps that led to the problem. Include any visible error message and your browser or device.
  • For billing or refund questions, say whether the purchase used Stripe or Google Play and give the relevant date. Do not include a full card number.

In-app subjects allow up to 150 characters. Messages and replies, including public-form messages, allow up to 4,000.

What support can see

Support subjects, message text, and language information are processed by OpenAI for translation. Support stores your originals separately from cached translations. Authorized support administrators can see your name, email address, subscription status, and schedule names, but the support view does not automatically show schedule contents. Notification emails may include the subject and sender identity, not the full message body.

Send a suggestion

While signed in, open Help and support > Suggestions in the planner. Describe your idea (up to 2,000 characters), select Send suggestion, and wait for the confirmation. You can send more suggestions later; no rating is required.

Suggestions are saved for the team with your account name and email, but do not open a support conversation. For a problem that needs a reply, use Contact support instead.
