Before you begin

  • Your WordPress site must allow plugin installation, and you need permission to install plugins and edit the target page or post.
  • Sign in as the schedule owner and publish it. Free can publish the primary schedule; publishing other schedules requires Pro.
  • Open ScheduleBuilder in a web browser. The WordPress tab is not shown in the Android app.

Install the plugin and add the schedule

Automatic sync can expose future events and updates here too; available descriptions are always included, with no option to turn them off. Review what you share. Disconnecting sync does not unpublish retained events.

  1. In ScheduleBuilder, open Share → WordPress and select Get the WordPress plugin to find the correct plugin listing.

  2. Install and activate the plugin on your WordPress site. The directory lists it as ScheduleBuilder; the installed plugin is named Schedule Builder Online. There is no plugin settings page to configure.

  3. Return to Share → WordPress, choose the language and title visibility, then copy the generated shortcode.

Copy the shortcode from Share → WordPress. The example token does not work; use your own generated shortcode.
  4. Edit the WordPress page or post, add a Shortcode block where the schedule belongs, and paste the shortcode into it.

  5. Publish or update the page, then view it as a visitor. Check that the schedule loads and fits on desktop and mobile.

The plugin loads the automatic-height script for you, so you do not need to paste a separate iframe or script tag. Saved changes to the published schedule appear in its embeds without replacing the shortcode, as long as you keep the same publication.

WordPress embeds exclude private tasks, task notes, and the owner’s Notes scratchpad. Event descriptions remain visible in event details.

Copy-ready code

Replace TOKEN with the public token from Share → WordPress, not the schedule name or private ID. Copy the generated shortcode to avoid entering it manually.

shortcode
[schedule_builder id="TOKEN"]

Optional shortcode attributes

Language and title options for the WordPress shortcode
AttributeValues and behavior
localeUse en, de, es, fr, pt, ru, or sv. The default is en; other values fall back to English. This changes the interface, not your schedule text.
show_titleUse false to hide the schedule title. The default is true.

This example uses the English interface and hides the title. Replace TOKEN with your current public token.

If the shortcode appears as text

Confirm the plugin is active and the code is in a Shortcode block.

If the schedule is unavailable

Confirm it is still published and copy the current shortcode from Share → WordPress. If you published again, replace the revoked token on every affected page or post.
