Check that changes have saved
Pause editing and check the builder header. Saved confirms saving to this browser when signed out, or your account when signed in. Saving, Offline, and Save failed mean another device may not have the latest edits.
Bring browser work into an account
Sign in from the browser where you made the schedule. Your guest schedule, including events, tasks, and private Notes, stays saved separately in this browser until you confirm saving it to your account. Signing in does not import it automatically. The save prompt can appear for an existing account too.
Choose Not now, or close the prompt, to show your account schedule instead. Your guest work stays in the same browser on this device. To save it later, open your own workspace and choose Import → From this device; on mobile, use Schedule tools → Import schedule → From this device. On Android Home, choose Import, then From this device.
Review the schedule and the add-or-replace choice before confirming. Save to account replaces an initial empty account schedule or adds another schedule for eligible Pro accounts with existing schedules. For an existing Free account schedule, Replace in account replaces that schedule, including its Notes and tasks: cancel and export the account schedule as JSON first if you want to keep it. After a successful import, the imported schedule’s tab opens. A separate browser copy remains for recovery, but later account edits do not sync back to it. Sign in to the same account to open the latest account version.
A local recovery draft is only a temporary recovery copy in this browser, not a separate cloud backup or a file you can move to another device.
