Prices and billing intervals

Web Pro pricing is in US dollars. The default is US$5 monthly or US$40 yearly. Depending on your account’s region, the price can instead be US$3 monthly / US$24 yearly or US$2 monthly / US$16 yearly. Yearly billing charges the full yearly amount, not a monthly installment.

Review the price and any taxes in Stripe checkout before confirming a web subscription. Google Play purchases use the price, currency, and eligible offer shown by Play; the web USD prices are not a quote for Play billing.

Limits and privacy still apply

  • Custom image uploads have file and account-storage limits. Background and branding images share storage; see Backgrounds and images for the accepted formats and limits.
  • Published links are not password protected. Anyone with an active public link can view the published schedule; private tasks are not included.
  • Reminders need explicit setup and notification permission.
