Choose what you want to change
| Control | Options | Changes |
|---|---|---|
| Presentation | Grid / List | A visual timetable or a chronological list grouped by day |
| Day range | Daily / Weekly | One selected day or all configured visible days |
| Orientation | Vertical / Horizontal | Time running down the grid or across it |
On desktop, open View in the builder toolbar. On mobile web, open Schedule tools and use the switches in the View section. With Android’s bottom toolbar, open Schedule tools → View to find all three controls. Each control shows the alternative you can switch to, not the current setting. Changing the view does not delete or move events.
In your own workspace, Grid/List, Daily/Weekly, orientation, and the selected day are remembered only in this browser profile on this device. They do not sync to your account or change the view on another device. Clearing browser data resets these preferences.
Arrange time in Grid or check details in List
Grid lets you create events in empty time slots, move events, resize them, and select a range. List groups visible events by day and start time. You can select an event in either view to edit it.
Press G on desktop to switch between Grid and List.
Focus on one day or see the week
Daily shows one selected day; use the day navigation to move through your visible days. Weekly shows all configured visible days. Change the days you include in Settings → General → Visible days.
On a phone, a vertical schedule starts with a single-day presentation for readability. You can explicitly choose Weekly to show the week. Horizontal schedules can remain weekly unless you choose Daily.
Run time vertically or horizontally
Vertical places days in columns and time down the page. Horizontal places days in rows and time across the page. Press A on desktop to switch orientation.
In a horizontal grid, resize from the right edge instead of the bottom edge. Orientation and the visible days also affect how the schedule is presented in exports.
