Before you begin

  • Use your own schedule or a privately shared schedule where you have edit access.

Choose a theme

  1. Select Style, then Theme. On a phone, open Schedule tools to find Appearance.

  2. Select a theme to see it on your schedule. Essentials themes are available to everyone. Other collections are marked Pro; without Pro access, selecting one starts a temporary preview rather than saving it.

Select a design in Style → Theme to see it on your schedule.

The theme sets the schedule’s overall look and palette. Background choices are in the Background tab of the same Style flow; individual event colors are edited on the event itself.

Adjust an effect’s strength

  1. Open Style → Effects → Presets and choose an effect, then open Adjustments and adjust Effect strength from 0% to 100% to change particle density and intensity together.

  2. Use 50% for the default look or 0% to hide particles without removing the chosen effect. Switching effects keeps the strength. With No effect, Adjustments remains available, but the slider stays visible, greyed out and disabled. Choose an effect in Presets to enable it, even at 0%.

With Pro access, changes save automatically; use Undo to revert them. On Free, adjustments are only a temporary local preview and are not saved.

Choose a font and text size

  1. Open Settings > Text and select a Font from the font list.

  2. Adjust Font size from 80% to 140%. Check the preview for readable event titles, times, and details. Use Reset to default to undo a font or size override.

Arrange events and schedule surfaces

Open Settings > Layout. These choices change presentation, not event times or details.

  • Builder spacing: Choose Fit to workspace to keep more of the day visible, or Comfortable to add room for short and overlapping events.
  • Corner style: Choose Rounded or Square for the schedule and event corners.
  • Overlapping events: Choose Side by side to divide the available space, or Overlap for staggered event cards that show more detail.
  • Event accent bar: Choose On to show a narrow colored strip on events, or Off to hide it.

Change an individual event’s colors

  1. Open an event and choose a swatch under Color.

  2. Select Show more options to adjust Background and Text colors separately.

  3. Select Save changes and complete any save-scope choice shown for linked days. Check that the event text remains readable against its background.
